Conversion of an existing mixed-use development, with various arrangements delivering several residential units above an existing commercial unit. Works included designing and achieving various planning permissions for additional dwellings, ground floor rear and roof conversions, lightwells and private amenity spaces to a challenging site. 

The design features clean, modern detailing and selective use of brickwork and fenestrations to assist in lifting the appearance of an up-and-coming area of North London.
