An existing C.18th five storey terraced mixed-use development, within a prominent Central London Conservation Area, which involved the conversion of existing offices to a single four storey high end family dwelling above an existing commercial unit. 

The scheme involved procuring several planning permissions for different proposals. Refurbishments included the replacement of the existing roof and restoration of the London Stock Brick facades. The works also included the delivery of interior rearrangements to provide a four bedroom, two bathroom arrangement with an open plan, full floor, modern kitchen and living space unique for the location. 

Additional services included project delivery, contract management and administration.
