A complete refurbishment of a picturesque Edwardian semi detached house within the Belsize Park Conservation Area, located in one of London’s affluent residential areas. Works included full interior renewal and replacement of the roof, retaining the exterior walls. This allowed for the addition of a new full basement level and replacement rear ground floor extension, forming a four storey dwelling forming a luxurious family home. The basement level included the addition of a gym and cinema room.
