Works include the discharge of conditions to a Listed Building Consent and detail design of a proposed residential flat within a Grade II* Listed Building within a Conservation Area. 

The existing building is a C.16th terraced building of notable historic character and prominence on the local high street and is of a mixed use as existing. The work involved the conversion of a first floor series of offices (Class E)  to a single, two bedroom residential flat (Class C). 

The project sought to sensitively intervene with the existing fabric to provide the requirements for a residential unit, including the requirement of applicable building regulations, while retaining the historic features to the walls, floors, windows, doors and ceilings of the property. The works provided a proposal for a comfortable dwelling for a small family that blended modern furnishings and fittings with the unique and ornate historic interiors.
