Design and delivery of internal and external refurbishment of an existing three storey family dwelling in C.18th Terraced building, situated on a busy and popular high street within a prominent North London Conservation Area. Proposals also included the design and achieving planning permission for a modern rear loft conversion and extension with views over an existing open public space. 

Refurbishments included restoring the historic brickwork, lead and terracotta details, full replacement of the roofs and the reinstatement of historic form sash windows. Internal reconfigurations and renovations provided a modern, open 4 bedroom, three bathroom family unit with a generous open plan kitchen and living space.
